Maison Balagane est l'union de 2 architectes d'intérieur, Liza ZERMATI et Cédric POURCHER, aussi différents que complémentaires.

Installés depuis 2009 à Nice, ils développent des projets résidentiels comme institutionnels sur la Côte d'Azur et Paris dans un premier temps, avant de s'exporter à l'étranger.

Le sens du détail, l'exigence de la finition et le mariage des matières sont au cœur de leur réalisations. L'alliance du design et de la fonctionnalité rythme les volumes et la décoration de leurs projets.

About us

Maison Balagane is the union of 2 interior designers, Liza ZERMATI and Cédric POURCHER, as different as they are complementary.

Established in Nice since 2009, they start designing residential and institutional projects on the French Riviera and in Paris first, before expanding internationally.

Their attention to detail, high end finishes and combination of materials are the fundamental elements of their work. The alliance of design and functionality sets the pace to every aspect of their projects.
